All cookery and hospitality courses listed are currently delivered by Mercury Institute of Victoria (MIV), and upon completion, students in these courses will receive a certificate from MIV exclusively. Opulence College has collaborated with MIV, acting as a master education agent, to offer clerical support and facilitate student recruitment for these courses. We have also partnered with Black Fire Restaurant, Canberra for marketing, practical training and work placement in the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
